RESERVATIONS
A $650 damage deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your camping trailer rental. The booking will not be reserved until deposit has been received. Please pay by e-mail money transfer (to prairietrailrentals@gmail.com), cheque (to Rodney Gallant)
Not familiar with e-mail money transfers? They are easy, quick and secure! Most all banks can provide this transaction (online or at a branch).
You are responsible for booking your own campsite if applicable.
Your damage deposit will be returned to you by e-mail money transfer upon return of a clean, undamaged unit within 2 business days.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP TIMES
We can accommodate any delivery times between 9 am and 7 pm, any day of the week. Please allow one hour for full set up, paperwork and brief orientation. You are responsible for booking your own campsite (Cypress Hills, SK, Elkwater, AB, etc.).
RENTER AGE
Minimum age for camping trailer rentals is 23 (payment by and delivery to). Proof of age required upon delivery of unit.
SMOKING
NO smoking in our units! You will be charged a $650 fee if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit.
PERFUME/COLOGNE
Due to allergies, please do not spray cologne or perfume inside the unit. You will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if there is any evidence of cologne or perfume.
PETS

CAMPSITE AMENITIES
Please ensure the campsite you book has space for a 27 or 28 foot camping trailer. We also recommend a site with electrical hookup. If you require a generator (e.g.: Cypress Lake has no electrical hookup), we have a gas generator available for rent (see rates page on website).
INSURANCE
As a renter, your personal belongings are NOT insured. There is a $650 deductible on the unit which covers accidents. You, as the renter, will be responsible for this deductible in the event of an accident. This includes breakage of awning.
CLEAN UP
You are responsible for cleaning the inside of the unit before we pick it up. A cleaning checklist and natural cleaning supplies are provided for your use. You DO NOT have to empty holding tanks or fill propane before pickup. Failure to clean the trailer, appliances and dishes will result in a minimum $250 cleaning charge.
FULL PAYMENT FOR RENTAL
Full payment for rental is due 2 weeks prior to delivery date. Your $650 damage deposit is separate and in addition to the rental fees. See our rates page on our website for rental pricing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
61 or more days before delivery date – $125 cancellation fee
31-60 days before delivery date – $250 cancellation fee
15-30 days before delivery date – 50% of rental cancellation fee
7-14 days before delivery date – 80% of rental cancellation fee
6 or less days before delivery date – No refund
